Womb Ceremony —
A gentle, guided ceremony for people with wombs to reconnect, release, and receive nourishment. Participants will gather in a calm, intentional space. The session begins with a warm herbal tea to settle the body and invite presence. Following a short breathing practice, you will kneel with support over soothing therapeutic vapors designed to open and relax the pelvic region. While in this receptive posture, a trained practitioner will offer a nurturing womb massage tailored to your comfort and consent. The ceremony includes guided meditation and space for integration, allowing emotions, sensations, and insights to be held with care.
This ceremony is appropriate for those seeking somatic healing, emotional release, or deeper connection to their reproductive and pelvic health. All touch is trauma-informed, consent-based, and adaptable to individual needs. Please notify us of pregnancy, recent surgery, implants, infections, or any health conditions prior to attending.
