Rapeh: Nervous System Regulation & Sound Bowl Healing
Join us for a focused workshop exploring Rapeh, an accessible hands-on practice that supports nervous system regulation and grounding. In this session you will:
Learn the fundamentals of Rapeh and how it relates to calming the autonomic nervous system, reducing stress responses, and restoring balance.
Practice simple Rapeh techniques you can use safely on yourself or with a partner to promote relaxation, increased body awareness, and nervous system resilience.
Observe a live demonstration showing practical applications of Rapeh in everyday situations and during moments of dysregulation.
Receive guidance on integrating Rapeh into personal self-care routines, with variations for different comfort levels and needs.
The workshop will conclude with a guided sound bowl healing session. During this closing experience you will:
Lie down in a comfortable position while the facilitator uses crystal or metal singing bowls to create sustained tones and vibrations.
Be supported in a gentle, restorative environment designed to amplify the nervous system benefits of the Rapeh practice.
Have the opportunity to rest quietly, breathe, and absorb the combined effects of somatic regulation and sound.
